He was born in Oaxaca City. He studied painting at the Academia de San Carlos FAD UNAM, and a diploma in contemporary art at "La curtiduría", centro de artes visuales. Group exhibitions stand out in: Museo Soumaya, Museo de los Pintores Oaxaqueños y Museo Regional de Antropología Carlos Pellicer (Tabasco).

Individually, it has more than 10 exhibitions highlighting the "Resilientes" project, broken ceramics intervened in the Museo Estatal de Arte Popular, Oaxaca and in the Museo de las Artes Populares de Jalisco. His work is exhibited and sold at LARIMAR Gallery, Centro de Arte Moderno en Madrid, Coper Gallery in Tokyo, as well as various spaces in Los Angeles and New York.
