He was born in Durango, Mexico. Professor of Primary, Benemérita and Centenaria Escuela Normal del estado de Durango; Technical specialty of Painting, Sculpture and Handicrafts, Universidad Juárez del estado de Durango. Awards: First National Drawing Place,  XVII Juegos Nacionales y Culturales de los Trabajadores; First National Place of Painting, Jornada Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación. Selected in 2014 to paint one of eight murals commemorating the 450th Anniversary of the city of Durango, at the Benemérita y Centenaria Escuela Normal de Durango. First Place, “Madonnari Durango 2015” street competition, being invited to participate that year in the XVII Concorso Internazionale dei Madonnari, Nocera Superiore, Italy. Recognition of Artistic Merit awarded by the Gobierno del Estado de Durango as well as the Luis Donaldo Colosio Medal for the most outstanding of the Art and Culture of Durango. First Place of Painting, in 2016, Juegos Deportivos Artísticos y Culturales del S.N.T.E., Torreón Coahuila, obtaining the right to participate at the national level, representing Durango, Chihuahua, Coahuila and Nuevo León, in the city of Hidalgo, where he obtained First Place National; He participated again, in 2017, in said Magisterial Games, obtaining Second National Place in Painting. Three-time beneficiary of the Fondo Estatal para la Cultura y las Artes, with the projects: "Sombra y Polvo", "Rostros y Signos" y "Magia y Surrealismo"

«Edipo frente a la esfinge», Museo de la Ciudad de Durango.
